Apples & Pears Cards
“Apples & Pears Cards is a crafts blog where I share with readers my love for paper crafting and in particular my love for colouring. You’ll mostly find cards there, as well as the odd gift box and whatever else I’ve been working on. It’s also my place for keeping in touch with regular visitors and new ones too, as I love to read about what they have been making and what’s going on with them.” — Carole
Cindy Needham
“I have been a quilter for over 42 years and have been an international quilting instructor for over seven years. My passion in quilting is creating exquisite whole-cloth quilts out of vintage textiles. On my blog I love to share the projects I’m working on, provide instruction and inspiration for those who are interested, and best of all, I get to feature my students’ work as well! Please join in on the fun, check out my gallery, and be prepared to never look at an old tablecloth the same way again!” — Cindy
IMGIRLwithoutwings
“IMGIRLwithoutwings began as place for me to play, share my art and gather inspiration and tools of the trade from other artists. I am a mixed media artist with no formal training other than just being a girl who always believed she could. I have met many friends and artists from all over the world. I love sharing my art and the things that inspire me daily. I believe there is beauty in imperfection and everything is possible if you just try. My first publication will be in the Somerset Studio Magazine September/October edition focusing on my mixed media book tags. When you do what you love, you don’t need wings to fly!” – Kim
One Stitch Closer to Nirvana

“Hello everyone! I am Jenny and my blog is One Stitch Closer to Nirvana. I am an engineer by day. However, in the evenings I go home to mantle my secret identity – the one as a mad stitcher. My blog is the place where I share my passion for counted needlework, designers and designs out there, finishing work and stash collecting. It has also proven a great way to connect with other people who share the passion for stitching across the world. The blog name evolved from my experience with stitching as a way of staying grounded and keeping relaxed. All the stresses of everyday life seem to wash away as soon as I get needle, thread and linen in my hands. I am sure that all of you feel the same way about crafting! You are very warmly welcome to stop by and say hi; I’d love to have you visit!”
– Jenny
